Veterinarian
Dr. deHaas was born and raised in Germany and has always known she wanted to practice veterinary medicine.
After moving to Indianapolis as a teenager, she received her BS in Biology from Marian College and her DVM from Purdue University.
Dr. deHaas practiced for many years in a 24-hour vet hospital near Chicago. Getting tired of the Chicago weather, she finally said goodbye to the Midwest and joined La Cumbre Animal Hospital in June 2021.
Dr. deHaas shares her home with her husband Mike, a handful of cats, 2 dogs, and a desert tortoise.
